Joan B. Kessler is an experienced mediator and arbitrator whose background as a nationally known expert on jury behavior, over 25 years as a litigator and her Ph.D. in Communications makes her a highly effective mediator and arbitrator even with the most difficult of litigants. Her areas of expertise are business, real estate, trust/estate, employment, entertainment, insurance and shareholder/ partnership matters.

Zal A. Kumar advises clients on tax, real estate and corporate aspects of complex business transactions involving partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts and corporations.
